STRAWBERRY MOUSSE

DELICATE, SOFT ... DELICIOUS!

Today I propose, with very simple ingredients, this strawberry mousse,

INGREDIENTS:

  • 7 grams of gelatin neutral
  • 2 tbsp cold water
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 300 grams of strawberry puree (fresh or frozen)
  • 200 g Italian meringue (see recipe )
  • 300 g whipping cream (35% fat)

PREPARATION:
Hydrate the gelatin in cold water.
We add the lemon juice and heated until dissolved.
